We offer returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags and hygiene seals attached. Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels are intact and the garment is unworn.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
